Worship Leader - Tyler Murphy

Tyler Murphy is a passionate and energetic worship leader from Austin, Texas. In 2010, Tyler earned his B.S. degree in Biblical Studies and Worship Ministry.  He has 18 years of experience leading worship locally and across the country in a variety of venues, including churches, festivals, Disciple Now weekends, Christ In Youth MOVE Conferences and youth camps. He enjoyed several years of being the lead singer and guitarist for the band Price Hill. Tyler has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with For King & Country, Newsboys, Jeremy Camp, Big Daddy Weave, and many others.

Tyler believes that worship is not a style of music, but a lifestyle that is lived out on and off the stage through a relationship with Christ and intentional relationships with others. Whether playing for 10 people or 1500, he helps facilitate and create an environment where people can encounter God in a tangible way that encourages their faith.

Tyler manages and leads Tyler Murphy Music.  In addition, he serves as the Worship Pastor at Highpoint Fellowship, writes and arranges music, and trains and mentor other musicians.  Tyler and his wife, Caitlin, are currently foster parents and they have a furry best friend named Jonesy.
